🛒 Ingredients
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 12 organic mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1/2 cup organic raw cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup organic onion, diced
- 2 cloves organic garlic, minced
- 1 tsp organic chili powder (sugar-free)
- 1 tsp organic paprika
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🧈 Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- 🥩 Add ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart while cooking. Stir in chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
- 🧀 Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
- 🌶️ Stuff each mini bell pepper half with the beef mixture.
- ⏲️ Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until peppers are slightly soft and cheese is melted.
