- 1 tbsp organic olive oil (for cooking)

- π₯ In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- β‘ Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- π§ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through (about 10β12 minutes).
