🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 large head organic cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves organic garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp organic butter (or ghee)
  • 1/4 cup raw organic Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 🥦 Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 8–10 minutes.
  2. 🧈 In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. ⚡ In a food processor, blend cauliflower with sautéed garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
