- 🥦 Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 8–10 minutes.
- 🧈 In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- ⚡ In a food processor, blend cauliflower with sautéed garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
