- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp organic cilantro, chopped

- π₯ Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- π₯ In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with coconut oil, curry powder, turmeric, cumin seeds, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- π Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- β²οΈ Roast for 20β25 minutes, turning halfway through, until cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
