Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup organic pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup organic sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp organic sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp organic honey (or sugar-free alternative)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame oil, honey, and sea salt.
  • Press the mixture into a parchment-lined baking pan.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
  • Let cool before cutting into bars.
