Ingredients:

  • 🥛 1 quart organic whole milk (grass-fed recommended)
  • 🥄 2 tbsp piima starter culture (or a plain yogurt starter)

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Heat milk to 85°F (lukewarm).
  2. Stir in starter culture until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour milk into a clean jar and cover loosely.
  4. Let sit at room temperature for 12–24 hours until thickened and slightly tangy.
  5. Stir gently, refrigerate, and serve chilled.
