Total Time: 12 hr (fermentation)

Ingredients:

  • 🥛 1 quart organic whole milk
  • 🥄 2 tbsp plain yogurt or starter culture

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Heat milk to 180°F, then cool to 110°F.
  2. Stir in yogurt starter until fully combined.
  3. Pour into a clean jar, cover, and incubate 8–12 hr in a warm place until thickened.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
