Ingredients:

  • 🥕 4 large carrots, sliced into sticks
  • 🌿 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 🧂 1 tsp sea salt
  • 💧 1 cup filtered water

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Dissolve sea salt in water to make brine.
  2. Place carrots and ginger in a jar, then pour brine to cover.
  3. Cover loosely and ferment 5–7 days at room temperature.
  4. Taste daily; refrigerate when desired tang is reached.
