Ingredients:

  • 🌶 3 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 💧 1 cup filtered water
  • 🧂 1 tsp sea salt
  • 🌿 1 tsp fresh thyme or oregano

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Dissolve salt in water for brine.
  2. Place peppers and herbs in a jar and pour brine to cover.
  3. Cover loosely and ferment 5–7 days at room temperature.
  4. Refrigerate when desired tang is reached.
