Ingredients:
- 🧀 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (preferably raw)
- 🌾 3/4 cup whole wheat flour (or almond flour)
- 🧈 2 tbsp cold unsalted butter (preferably raw)
- 🧂 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 💧 2–3 tbsp cold water
Step-by-Step Process:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Pulse cheese, flour, butter, and salt in a food processor until crumbly.
- Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, until dough forms.
- Roll dough thin between parchment paper and cut into small squares.
- Bake 10–12 min or until golden and crisp.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
