Ingredients:

  • 🍓 1 cup fresh fruit puree (strawberries, blueberries, or mango)
  • 🍯 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 🥄 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Warm fruit puree, honey, and lemon juice in a small saucepan (do not boil).
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour into silicone molds or a shallow glass dish.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Pop out or cut into bite-sized squares.
