Ingredients:
- 🌾 2 cups rolled oats
- 🌰 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 🍯 1/3 cup honey or pure maple syrup
- 🥜 1/3 cup natural nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 🍇 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)
- 🌻 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 🧂 Pinch sea salt
- 🍫 Optional: 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Step-by-Step Process:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Toast oats and nuts for 8–10 min.
- In a saucepan, gently warm honey and nut butter until smooth.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Press mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8” pan.
- Chill for 1 hour, then cut into bars.
