Step-by-Step Process:

- Transfer bones to a large stockpot and add vegetables, garlic, herbs, salt, and water.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, skimming foam as needed.
- Simmer 6–8 hours on low heat for maximum nutrient extraction.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container.
- Cool, refrigerate up to 5 days, or freeze up to 6 months.
