  • 💧 6 cups filtered water

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Combine all vegetables, garlic, herbs, and salt in a large pot.
  2. Add water and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  3. Simmer 45–60 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container.
  5. Cool, refrigerate up to 5 days, or freeze up to 3 months.
