Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, sauté until softened.
- Add chicken and curry powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until chicken is browned.
- Stir in coconut milk and tomato sauce, simmer for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked.
