- 6 cabbage leaves (blanched)
- 1 cup organic tempeh (cubed)
- 1/2 cup organic carrots (julienned)
- 1 tbsp tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic.
- Add tempeh and tamari, stir fry until golden brown.
- Add carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Spoon the tempeh mixture into cabbage leaves.
- Serve immediately.
