Cabbage Wraps with Tempeh

Ingredients

  • 6 cabbage leaves (blanched)
  • 1 cup organic tempeh (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup organic carrots (julienned)
  • 1 tbsp tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger (minced)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic.
  • Add tempeh and tamari, stir fry until golden brown.
  • Add carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Spoon the tempeh mixture into cabbage leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
