Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower head (riced)
  • 1/2 cup raw mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup organic tomato sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1/4 cup organic bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup organic mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix cauliflower rice, egg, and raw mozzarella.
  • Press the mixture into a pizza crust shape on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then top with tomato sauce, veggies, and oregano.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes until veggies are cooked and cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately.
