Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 head organic cauliflower (riced in a food processor)
  • 1 tbsp organic avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup organic onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup organic bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 clove organic garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp organic chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp organic cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
  • Add riced cauliflower, cumin, chili powder, and sea salt, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve.
