Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat the cauliflower rice in a pan over medium heat, adding cumin and paprika.
- Once heated, place the cauliflower rice in a bowl.
- Add black beans, diced tomatoes, raw cheddar cheese, and guacamole on top of the rice.
- Drizzle with organic sour cream and sprinkle fresh cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
