- 1 head organic cauliflower (riced)
- 1/4 cup raw organic Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup organic heavy cream (raw if possible)
- 1 clove organic garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp organic olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh basil (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add riced cauliflower, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
