Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Once they splutter, add chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add pureed tomatoes, turmeric, garam masala, and coriander powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked chickpeas and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
