Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup organic spinach
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Heat coconut oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and garlic.
  • Add turmeric and garam masala, cook for 1 minute.
  • Add cooked lentils, coconut milk, and spinach. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
