Instructions
Step by Step Process
- In a bowl, mix tamari, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
- Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Thread the beef slices onto skewers.
- Grill or broil the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, until beef is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with cucumber slices.
