Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp organic rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp organic ginger (minced)
  • 1 tbsp organic garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Organic cucumber slices (for serving)

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • In a bowl, mix tamari, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
  • Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Thread the beef slices onto skewers.
  • Grill or broil the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, until beef is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with cucumber slices.
