Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb grass-fed beef (sliced thin)
  • 2 cups organic broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos (soy sauce alternative)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add sliced grass-fed beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • Add broccoli florets and cook for another 4 minutes until tender.
  • Drizzle with coconut aminos and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and serve immediately.
