- 1/2 lb grass-fed beef (sliced thin)
- 2 cups organic broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos (soy sauce alternative)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
- Add sliced grass-fed beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for another 4 minutes until tender.
- Drizzle with coconut aminos and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and serve immediately.
