  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add grass-fed ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add onion, zucchini, and bell pepper. Sauté for another 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.
  • Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
