Step by Step Process
- In a bowl, mix ground lamb, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
- In the same skillet, lightly sauté the zucchini noodles for 2 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs over the zucchini noodles.
