  • 1 zucchini (spiralized into noodles)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp ghee (for frying)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • In a bowl, mix ground lamb, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  • Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
  • In the same skillet, lightly sauté the zucchini noodles for 2 minutes.
  • Serve the meatballs over the zucchini noodles.
