- 1 cup raw paneer (cubed)
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add paneer cubes and lightly sauté until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- In a salad bowl, toss spinach leaves, red onion, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Add sautéed paneer cubes on top.
- Serve immediately.
