Palak Paneer Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw paneer (cubed)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add paneer cubes and lightly sauté until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  4. In a salad bowl, toss spinach leaves, red onion, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add sautéed paneer cubes on top.
  6. Serve immediately.
