Paneer & Spinach Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw paneer (cubed)
  • 2 cups organic spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup organic tomatoes (pureed)
  • 1/2 cup raw cream
  • 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds.
  • Once they crackle, add pureed tomatoes, turmeric, garam masala, and chili powder. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Add raw paneer cubes and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Stir in raw cream and salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately.
