- 1 cup raw paneer (cubed)
- 2 cups organic spinach (chopped)
- 1/2 cup organic tomatoes (pureed)
- 1/2 cup raw cream
- 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds.
- Once they crackle, add pureed tomatoes, turmeric, garam masala, and chili powder. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add raw paneer cubes and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Stir in raw cream and salt to taste.
- Serve immediately.
