Step by Step Process
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add bok choy and tamari. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and black pepper. Serve warm.
