- 1 block organic tofu (cubed)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup organic bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Add ginger, garlic, broccoli, and bell peppers to the pan, stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Return tofu to the pan and add tamari.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
