Sesame Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 block organic tofu (cubed)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup organic bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add tofu and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Add ginger, garlic, broccoli, and bell peppers to the pan, stir fry for 5 minutes.
  • Return tofu to the pan and add tamari.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
  • Serve immediately.
