Step by Step Process
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Drizzle olive oil over the squash and place face down on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes until tender.
- Once cooked, use a fork to scrape the squash into spaghetti-like strands.
- In a pan, heat the tomato sauce and pour over the squash.
- Top with raw parmesan and fresh basil.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
