Instructions
Step by Step Process
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, tandoori spice, lemon juice, and coconut oil.
- Marinate the chicken cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
