Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp organic Greek yogurt (raw)
  • 1 tbsp organic tandoori spice mix (sugar-free)
  • 1 tbsp organic lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp organic coconut oil (melted)

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, tandoori spice, lemon juice, and coconut oil.
  • Marinate the chicken cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill or bake the chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Serve with a side of yogurt dip if desired.
