- 2 gluten-free tortillas
- 1/2 cup organic shredded turkey breast (cooked)
- 1/4 cup raw organic cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 tbsp organic avocado oil
- 1/4 cup organic salsa (sugar-free)
Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and top with turkey and cheese. Place the other tortilla on top.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Cut into quarters and serve with salsa.
