Turkey and Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 gluten-free tortillas
  • 1/2 cup organic shredded turkey breast (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup raw organic cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp organic avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup organic salsa (sugar-free)

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place one tortilla in the skillet and top with turkey and cheese. Place the other tortilla on top.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  • Cut into quarters and serve with salsa.
