- 1 head organic butter lettuce (leaves separated)

Step by Step Process
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in curry powder, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper, and cook until turkey is browned.
- Remove from heat and mix in chopped cilantro.
- Spoon the turkey mixture into butter lettuce leaves and serve.
