Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup organic carrots (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp organic cilantro (chopped)
  • Organic butter lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in tamari, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  • Add shredded carrots and cilantro.
  • Serve the turkey mixture in lettuce leaves for wraps.
