Instructions
Step by Step Process
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in tamari, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add shredded carrots and cilantro.
- Serve the turkey mixture in lettuce leaves for wraps.
