Step by Step Process
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, grated zucchini, Parmesan, egg, almond flour, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties or fritters.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the fritters for about 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
