Ingredients

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss the cubed chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Thread the chicken, bell peppers, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Serve immediately with a side salad or rice.
