- 8 large lettuce leaves (butter lettuce or romaine)

Step by Step Process
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
- Add garlic powder, ginger, and tamari. Stir well to combine.
- Add the bell peppers, cabbage, carrot, and zucchini. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Spoon the turkey and vegetable mixture into lettuce leaves and serve as wraps.
