Ingredients

  • 1 can organic chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 tbsp organic coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp organic curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss the chickpeas with melted coconut oil, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy.
  • Let cool and enjoy.
