Step by Step Process
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the chickpeas with melted coconut oil, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy.
