Ingredients

  • 1 lb grass-fed beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp organic garlic powder
  • 1 tsp organic onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • In a bowl, mix tamari, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and paprika.
  • Marinate the beef slices in the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 170°F (75°C). Place the beef slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Dry the beef in the oven for 4-6 hours, flipping halfway through, until fully dried.
  • Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a high-protein snack.
