Step by Step Process
- In a bowl, mix tamari, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and paprika.
- Marinate the beef slices in the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 170°F (75°C). Place the beef slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Dry the beef in the oven for 4-6 hours, flipping halfway through, until fully dried.
