Ingredients

  • 8 slices organic turkey breast (nitrate-free)
  • 1 ripe organic avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced thinly)
  • 1 tbsp organic Dijon mustard

Instructions

Step by Step Process

  • Lay a slice of turkey breast flat and spread a small amount of Dijon mustard on it.
  • Place an avocado slice and a cucumber slice at one end, then roll up the turkey around them.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve immediately or store in the fridge for a quick snack.
