🐛 Parasite Cleanse
Herbal Support: Black walnut hull, wormwood, clove, garlic
Lifestyle Tips: Avoid sugar, practice hygiene, support digestion
Recipes & Instructions
Black Walnut Tincture
Ingredients
- Green (unripe) black walnuts — enough to fill a jar ½–¾ full
- High-proof alcohol (80–100 proof vodka, or 40–50% ABV)
- Glass jar with tight-fitting lid
- Gloves (important — the juice stains skin dark brown)
(They should be bright green with no black spots.)
Steps:
Gather and prepare the walnuts
Harvest green, unripe black walnuts when they are still soft enough to pierce with a knife.
Rinse lightly to remove dirt.
Wear gloves, because the hulls stain permanently.
Cut the walnuts
Slice the whole green walnut (hull and nut inside) into halves or quarters.
Fill a clean glass jar ½ to ¾ full with the cut pieces.
Add alcohol
Pour your alcohol over the walnut pieces until the jar is completely filled.
Make sure all pieces are fully submerged (floating pieces can mold).
Seal and store
Close the lid tightly.
Place the jar in a cool, dark place.
Shake once daily for the first week.
Steep
Let the mixture steep for 4–6 weeks.
The liquid will turn dark brown to almost black—this is normal.
Strain
After steeping, strain through cheesecloth or a fine strainer.
Pour the tincture into amber dropper bottles for storage.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark cabinet.
Properly made tincture lasts 2+ years.
