Flagship Pause Card
Why Pausing Helps
Exercise is a stressor — even beneficial movement requires recovery capacity. When recovery is compromised, pushing movement can deepen fatigue or dysregulation.
Pausing allows the nervous system and tissues to catch up.
What to Do Instead
Choose gentle movement: stretching, walking, breath-led motion, or rest days focused on recovery.
When to Resume
When movement begins to feel nourishing again and you recover without lingering exhaustion or soreness.
