Step by Step Process
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté bell peppers and ginger for 3 minutes.
- Add coconut cream, red curry paste, and lime juice. Stir to combine.
- Add shredded chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture into large lettuce leaves and wrap.
- Serve immediately.
